there were professional staff, hearty breakfast. our room was good sized, with a couch, a couch bed and a bed. ihop, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

The nearby restaurant, Sweet Tomatoes, was as close as 900 feet from the hotel. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
